What you have been hearing about is eyebrow and eyelash coloring. We use a special color designed specifically to be safe and gentle for the eye area. How can I sharpen my lip and eye pencils without breaking them?
A good lip or eye pencil is relatively soft, which helps during your application. If your pencils are beaking during shapening try cooling them in the refrigerator for about a 1/2 hour before sharpening. This will make the pencil a bit firmer, and avoid breaking and product waste.
How can I choose right color of foundation?
